Q. I am having trouble logging in, what should I do?
A. Go to the LOGIN PAGE and click Lost/Forgot Password. If you are still having difficulty email us at info@qualifiedstormleads.com and request your username and password.

Q. How do I change my password?
A. Go to the Settings tab, click Update Password, enter a new password, and click Update.

Q. How do I change or add email addresses to my account?
A. Go to the Settings tab, change or add email addresses (separate addresses with semi-colons), and click UPDATE.

Q. What is the best way to submit an area for my campaign?
A. There are several ways to send us areas but the best method is utilizing the power of google maps as shown in this VIDEO. You can also scan or take a picture of a marked-up paper map and email it to info@qualifiedstormleads.com.

Q. How do I download or print a list of my leads?
A. Go to the Lead Search tab, run your search, and click the Export to Excel or Print Leads icon on the bottom left of the page.

Q. How long after an appointment do I have to submit a credit request?
A. You can submit a credit request up to two business days (M-F are business days) after the appointment date. For example, if an appointment was set for Mon, you have until 11:59 PM CT to submit your credit request. If you do not submit a credit request during this time window, the appointment will no longer be eligible for credit.

Q. How do I submit a credit request?
A. Find the appointment, click on View, and change the Lead Status using the pull down menu at the bottom of the page. To submit a credit request the appointment must be in Pending Status, Here is a short VIDEO tutorial.

Q. What is the difference between "Invoice Status" and "Lead Status"?
A. Invoice Status determines which leads have been been Charged to your account, which leads are Pending charge (we will wait two business days after the appointment date to Charge the appointment), and which leads were Credited (not charged) to your account. Lead Status is the current state of your lead; you can use this to monitor the results of your appointments, even after they are Charged.
